Job Summary
This full-time, permanent position at the Kiel City Treasury involves managing the day-to-day financial operations for the municipality. As an Accounts Receivable and Payable Clerk, you will be responsible for processing bank statements, monitoring incoming payments, and managing dunning processes for both public and private claims. You will act as a key point of contact, providing financial advice to specialized departments and responding to inquiries from citizens. The role requires a high degree of independence and numerical proficiency. Education

Experience
- Professional experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable bookkeeping
- Experience in processing bank statements and account maintenance
- Experience in advising internal departments on financial matters
- Experience with specialized financial software (INFOMA or similar) is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and handle high workloads
