Job Summary

This role involves leading digitalization projects within the aviation manufacturing sector to optimize production and business processes. As a Data Specialist, you will be responsible for the automation and further development of the KPI landscape, creating real-time dashboards, and maintaining monitoring systems. You will act as a bridge between central IT, external service providers, and production departments to industrialize digital applications and establish a robust data culture. Day-to-day tasks include performing deep-dive data analysis, conducting root cause research, and managing cross-functional improvement projects. Required Skills

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Data Science, or a comparable field of study.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in IT, information systems, and project leadership
  • Proven experience in data analysis, root cause research, and scenario modeling
  • Professional background in manufacturing engineering, production planning, or supply chain logistics is highly preferred
  • Extensive experience with programming in a data environment using Python and SQL
  • Experience working with Business Warehouse, Palantir Foundry, and Spotfire tools
