Join Akkodis, a global digital engineering consultancy, as an IT Onsite Support specialist in Frankfurt. This full-time, fixed-term role involves providing direct and remote support to users across various locations. You will manage IT tickets, offer 1st-level support for Windows, macOS, and iOS devices (including BYOD), and assist with operating system-related software like MS Office and VDI/Citrix. The position also includes hardware issuance, user guidance on technology selection, and troubleshooting with documentation for 2nd-level support. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a global team, supporting both German and English-speaking users in a large client environment, contributing to technological transformation and innovation.
