Job Summary

As a Development Program Manager in the Private Cloud delivery organization, you will be instrumental in developing solutions for external and internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth, transparent, and automated processes for selling, configuring, and provisioning landscapes for SAP’s private cloud customers. You will drive program execution by leading project management topics, managing progress with stakeholders, and ensuring business readiness for new offerings. This role demands proactive stakeholder management, a strong network, and the ability to execute against project goals to meet transformational objectives. Success in this role requires experience in leading business transformation initiatives, a strong understanding of SAP's cloud business, and proficiency in various project management methodologies and tools. You'll contribute to evolving SAP's IT strategy and accelerating the adoption of standard applications.

Required Skills

Education

University degree or equivalent in Engineering, Business Informatics, Informatics, Business Administration or other relevant disciplines

Experience

  • 6+ years of working experience in strategic consulting or cloud delivery roles (highly preferred)
  • 6+ years of working experience in Project management (highly preferred)
  • Professional experience leading business transformation initiatives with a focus on delivery and process enablement, change management, and outcome-driven execution
  • Solid experience in driving critical and cross-functional projects/programs (highly preferred)
  • Track record of conceptual as well as execution capabilities in cross-unit environment (highly preferred)
  • International and cross-cultural working experience (highly preferred)
