Job Summary

As an IT System Administrator for Collaboration & Communication, you will join a dedicated IT Services team at Intermed, a medical logistics leader near Hamburg. Your daily responsibilities involve the administration, configuration, and maintenance of critical communication platforms, specifically focusing on the Microsoft 365 ecosystem including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive. You will ensure system stability, manage user permissions, and implement governance policies such as MFA and Data Loss Prevention (DLP). This role is central to the company's digital workplace, involving 2nd and 3rd-level support, technical documentation, and participation in migration projects. Required Skills

Education

Degree in an IT-related field or completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration (Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration), or equivalent practical skills and knowledge.

Experience

  • Professional experience in the support and maintenance of Collaboration & Communication systems is preferred.
  • Experience in managing Microsoft 365 environments, including user accounts, permissions, and policies.
  • Practical experience in troubleshooting and monitoring within 2nd and 3rd-level support frameworks.
  • Experience in implementing IT security and compliance measures such as Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Data Loss Prevention (DLP).
