As a Software Application Engineer at LHY Powertrain, you will be at the forefront of hydraulic drive technology, managing the full project lifecycle for mobile machinery such as construction, agricultural, and forestry equipment. Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, or a similar technical field of study.
Experience
- Professional experience in embedded systems, ideally using Matlab/Simulink
- Experience in the complete project lifecycle from specification to commissioning
- Background in mobile drive technology (construction, agricultural, or forestry machinery)
- Experience in functional safety standards and risk analysis
- Experience in software library development and reusable code practices
