Job Summary
This role within the 'Customer Experience' division focuses on the digital management and qualification of incoming documentation for a long-standing health insurance provider. As a Request Management Associate, you will be responsible for the IT-supported screening and classification of documents that were not automatically captured by scanning processes, ensuring they are correctly delegated to the appropriate task queues. Beyond document handling, you will conduct formalized correspondence with external customers and collaborate with team leadership to optimize internal workflows. This position is ideal for detail-oriented professionals who enjoy a mix of independent work and team collaboration. The role offers a high degree of stability and flexibility, featuring hybrid work options, a 29-hour work week, and comprehensive benefits under the German public sector collective agreement (TV Ang). Required Skills
Education
