This role involves providing specialized second-level support for a long-standing health insurance provider in Hannover. As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as a technical expert handling complex telephone and written inquiries regarding medical and dental billing. Your daily responsibilities include reviewing the eligibility of medical and dental invoices for reimbursement according to official fee schedules (GOÄ and GOZ), executing scheduled callbacks, and collaborating with team leadership to optimize internal workflows. Required Skills
