You will analyze and resolve disruptions at workstations and across systems using remote maintenance tools, ensuring all activities are documented within a ticketing system. Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • Initial experience with network infrastructure and firewalls is preferred
  • Experience in documenting technical solutions within a ticketing system
