As an IT Helpdesk Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing crucial telephone support and utilizing remote maintenance tools for swift and efficient problem resolution. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing and resolving disruptions at workstations and systems, and meticulously documenting all requests and solutions within a ticketing system. Success in this position hinges not only on solid technical knowledge, particularly in Windows environments, but also on excellent communication skills, patience, and a solution-oriented mindset. The ideal candidate has completed vocational training in IT System Integration or possesses comparable qualifications, but enthusiastic career changers with a strong IT affinity are also encouraged to apply.
