Job Summary

As the SOC Manager for Partimus GmbH, you will play a pivotal role in building and scaling a Security Operations Center from the ground up. This leadership position involves both technical and organizational oversight, where you will define the operating model, establish processes, and lead a dedicated team of security professionals. Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing the operative detection and response lifecycle, developing detection rules and playbooks, and coordinating responses to critical security incidents. You will work closely with the CISO and infrastructure teams to ensure high-availability security for business-critical environments, including Microsoft and Proxmox systems. This role is uniquely attractive as it offers the opportunity to shape the security strategy of an ISO/27001-certified data center provider.
