As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of electric vehicle charging systems, ranging from standard wallboxes to high-power fast-charging stations. Your day-to-day activities involve performing regular system checks to prevent outages, troubleshooting technical issues in collaboration with a remote support team, and conducting on-site repairs. Beyond charging infrastructure, you will also service photovoltaic systems, energy storage units, and transformer stations. A significant portion of the role involves customer interaction, where you will provide technical explanations and conduct on-site training. Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • Experience in maintaining and repairing electrical systems and charging infrastructure
  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles with a professional demeanor
  • Willingness to travel frequently (50-60% travel) across Germany, Austria, and Italy
