Job Summary

As the Team Lead for Environmental Planning and Construction Supervision, you will spearhead a specialized environmental team across two locations in Augsburg and Frankfurt. Your daily responsibilities involve overseeing environmental construction supervision across disciplines such as nature, soil, water, and noise protection. You will be responsible for coordinating stakeholders to ensure strict compliance with environmental requirements, organizing site meetings, and preparing critical environmental reports including Landscape Management Plans (LBP) and Environmental Impact Studies (UVS). This role is highly dynamic, requiring you to perform field mapping and site visits while managing client and regulatory communications. This position is particularly attractive for experienced professionals looking for a leadership role that balances technical field work with strategic team management. Required Skills

Education

University degree in Biology, Landscape Architecture, Geoecology, Natural Sciences, or Engineering (specializing in Water Management, Hydrology, Physics, or Chemistry).

Experience

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in environmental construction supervision or environmental planning
  • Previous experience in a leadership or management role
  • Professional experience in coordinating multiple stakeholders and authorities on construction projects
  • Experience in creating environmental reports and conducting field mapping
  • Ideally recognized by DB Netz AG as a 'General Environmental Construction Supervisor' per EBA guidelines
