Job Summary
As a Project Manager and Electrical Engineer specializing in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, you will take full responsibility for the planning and design of electrical installations across residential, commercial, and specialized building projects. Your daily activities will span all HOAI service phases (1-9), encompassing everything from initial conceptual design to construction management, quality control, and schedule monitoring. You will also provide expert consulting services through technical site inspections and building evaluations. This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys interdisciplinary teamwork and is eager to take on project responsibility in a dynamic environment. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Engineering, State-certified Technician, or Master Craftsman (Meister) specializing in Building Services Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable field.
Experience
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in electrical engineering or building services
- Extensive experience in planning and designing electrical systems for diverse building types
- Proven track record in managing HOAI service phases 1 through 9
- Professional experience in construction management and site supervision
- Experience working with technical regulations such as DIN and VOB
Languages
Additional
- Willingness to travel for business purposes (Dienstreisen) is required. Must be eligible for a permanent full-time employment contract.
