Job Summary
This role involves providing comprehensive on-site and remote IT support to schools within a designated area, focusing on digital learning environments. Key responsibilities include communicating with school contacts, offering technical assistance and advice, and executing hardware and software rollouts. The specialist will also handle second-level support, troubleshoot issues, install and configure hardware, and contribute to project support, including Digital Pact initiatives. Ideal candidates will possess a strong understanding of IT infrastructures and workplace systems, coupled with excellent user and service orientation. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Business Informatics or a comparable field, or completed vocational training in IT.
Experience
- Deep understanding of IT infrastructures, workplace systems, and their rollouts
- Professional experience in user and service orientation
- Experience working according to ITIL principles
Languages
Additional
- Valid Class B driving license; Willingness to travel to various school locations in Greifswald, Anklam, Pasewalk, or Neubrandenburg.
