Job Summary

This role involves supporting the Cloud Services Team with the administration, implementation, and maintenance of cloud applications. Key responsibilities include setting up and managing development and test environments, troubleshooting software and hardware issues, and providing 1st and 2nd level support through a ticketing system. The administrator will also contribute to expanding the knowledge base, documenting solutions, and conceptualizing improvements in software, security, network, and hardware. The ideal candidate will have a technical background in IT, proven experience with Microsoft server solutions and cloud platforms like Azure and Office 365, and a proactive, problem-solving approach.
