As an IT Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for private customers, providing comprehensive support for their PC-related inquiries. Your daily tasks will involve assisting clients via email, phone, and chat with questions concerning Windows operating systems, technical issues, and processing complaints. Additionally, you will guide customers through the initial setup of PCs, notebooks, and tablets, significantly contributing to customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for a tech-savvy individual with strong communication skills, a passion for helping people, and a willingness to learn and work flexibly within a team-oriented environment. The company offers a supportive work environment, including a two-week onboarding period.
