Job Summary

As a Senior Tax Manager at Siemens Healthineers, you will play a pivotal role in the global tax reporting and accounting functions of a world-leading medical technology company. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve overseeing the tax reporting for consolidated financial statements (monthly, quarterly, and annual) in accordance with IFRS. You will analyze tax packages from international group companies, manage the group tax rate, and maintain global reporting guidelines. This role is highly project-oriented, involving the implementation of tax tools, Pillar 2 compliance, and process optimization. What makes this position unique is the high degree of flexibility, offering up to 60% mobile work within Germany and the option for short-term mobile work from abroad. Required Skills

Education

University degree in Economics or Business Administration with a focus on Accounting and/or Taxation. Successful completion of the Tax Advisor exam (Steuerberater) is preferred.

Experience

  • Long-term professional experience in the accounting or tax department of a major corporation or an international auditing/tax consultancy firm
  • Extensive experience in tax accounting according to IFRS and HGB standards
  • Proven experience in project work, specifically regarding the introduction of digital tax tools and reporting guidelines
  • Experience managing complex IFRS tax positions and analyzing group tax rates
  • Experience in international stakeholder management within a global corporate headquarters context
