Job Summary
This role at Siemens EDA involves leading the execution of complex electronic design services projects within the Consulting Services team. As a Program Manager, you will act as a strategic leader collaborating with account teams to drive sales campaigns and translate customer requirements into detailed project proposals. Your daily responsibilities include developing comprehensive project plans, managing budgets and resources, and overseeing technical scoping for PCB development. You will be the primary point of contact for high-profile clients, ensuring project governance and quality standards are met throughout the entire design lifecycle. Required Skills
Education
Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile certifications) is highly preferred.
Experience
- Hands-on experience leading complex electronic design projects from concept to completion
- Proven track record of successful customer engagements and managing service contract renewals
- Extensive experience in project planning, scope control, and proactive risk management
- Practical experience in PCB design, layout, library management, and New Product Introduction (NPI) processes
- Experience in high-speed design analysis and simulation methodologies
