This position offers a comprehensive pathway to becoming a qualified German and European Patent Attorney within a prestigious intellectual property firm. As a Patent Attorney Trainee in the Frankfurt office, you will work closely with experienced attorneys to handle the full spectrum of industrial property rights. Your daily responsibilities include drafting patent applications, consulting with inventors, and formulating legal opinions on the prospects of patent grants based on search reports and examination notices. You will also actively participate in oral proceedings and support opposition and appeal cases before the German Patent and Trade Mark Office (DPMA) and the European Patent Office (EPO). Required Skills

Education
