Job Summary
This role is based within the Building Management Office for the District of Wolfenbüttel, specifically in the Structural Engineering and Technology department. As an Electrical Engineer, you will serve as a technical consultant for building construction facilities, developing requirement profiles for both new builds and renovations. Your daily responsibilities will include managing tenders, awarding contracts, supervising construction sites, and handling final billing. You will also oversee maintenance orders, evaluate technical work, and coordinate with facility managers regarding technical systems. Required Skills
Education

Experience

- Experience in managing tenders, construction supervision, and billing for construction projects
- Experience in coordinating technical facility management and external service providers
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
