Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in IT (e.g., IT Specialist / Fachinformatiker) with a focus on process analysis and digitalization, or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in IT process analysis and digitalization
  • Experience in the maintenance and development of HR-related systems and workflows
  • Practical experience with RPA software and low-code/no-code platforms
  • Experience in creating SQL-based evaluations and data analysis
  • Experience in project management and stakeholder moderation
  • Experience in test automation and process documentation
