Job Summary

As an IT Business Engineer specializing in Generative AI at REWE digital, you will play a pivotal role in driving the digital transformation of one of Europe's largest retail groups. Working within the Research & Innovation department, you will identify emerging technological trends, test new AI approaches, and translate promising concepts into practical business solutions. Your daily responsibilities include consulting with various departments to identify AI use cases, optimizing prompt engineering strategies, and managing strategic AI initiatives. You will act as a critical bridge between business units, IT teams, and top-level management. This role is highly collaborative and involves designing workshops and 'promptathons' to foster AI literacy across the organization.
