Job Summary

This internship at Porsche Leipzig GmbH offers a comprehensive immersion into the world of human resources within a high-performance automotive environment. As a full team member, you will serve as the first point of contact for employees via the internal hotline and service desk, addressing various HR-related inquiries. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include supporting contract management, generating employment references, and maintaining employee master data within SAP HCM. Required Skills

Education

Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a comparable field of study.

Experience

  • Minimum of 3 semesters of academic study in Business Administration or a related field with an HR focus
  • Professional experience or strong affinity for HR processes and IT systems
  • Experience in independent and structured work environments
  • Prior exposure to SAP systems is considered an advantage
