Job Summary

As an Intern in HR Services and Digitalization at Porsche Leipzig, you will be fully integrated into the HR team, serving as a primary point of contact for employees. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve providing HR consulting via an internal hotline and at the service desk, managing employee inquiries through digital tools, and supporting contract management and the creation of employment references. You will gain hands-on experience with SAP HCM by maintaining master data and assisting with monthly payroll processes. Required Skills

Education

Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a comparable field of study.

Experience

  • Minimum of 3 semesters of academic study in Business Administration or a related field with an HR focus
  • Initial experience or strong affinity for IT and new media within a professional context
  • Previous exposure to SAP systems is considered an advantage
  • Experience in independent and structured work environments
