As an Intern in HR Services and Digitalization at Porsche Leipzig, you will be fully integrated into the HR team, serving as a primary point of contact for employees. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve providing HR consulting via an internal hotline and at the service desk, managing employee inquiries through digital tools, and supporting contract management and the creation of employment references. You will gain hands-on experience with SAP HCM by maintaining master data and assisting with monthly payroll processes.
