This pivotal role as a Business Informatics Specialist involves leading and developing the Competence Center for Primary, Middle, and Special Schools within LHM Services GmbH, a subsidiary of the City of Munich. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic planning of IT support for over 1,000 educational institutions, ensuring high-quality IT services, and managing a team of 34 employees across three teams. Key responsibilities include overseeing IT support, assessing IT needs, managing customer satisfaction, handling escalations, and optimizing cross-departmental collaboration.
