Job Summary
This HR Manager role focuses on providing comprehensive personnel support within an organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for applying their deep knowledge of labor law, particularly collective bargaining agreements (TV-AVH, TVöD), social security, and payroll tax law to daily operations. Key responsibilities include managing HR processes, ensuring compliance, and offering expert advice on HR-related matters. The position requires a structured and independent work approach, coupled with strong empathetic and target-group-oriented communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team. Proficiency in SAP/HCM and MS Office is essential for managing HR data and administrative tasks efficiently.
Required Skills
Education
University degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or Public Administration; or commercial training with additional qualification as a HR specialist; or equivalent skills and experience.
Experience
- Professional experience in human resources, specifically personnel support
- In-depth knowledge of labor law, especially collective bargaining agreements
- Knowledge of social security and payroll tax law
