Job Summary

As the Team Lead for Network and IT Security, you will take end-to-end responsibility for the design, implementation, and operation of the entire network infrastructure for the Deichmann Group across Europe. This critical role involves managing connectivity for over 4,000 retail locations, logistics centers, and headquarters. You will lead a dedicated team of internal and external specialists, overseeing technologies such as WAN, LAN, WLAN, and Data Center services. Beyond daily operations, you will drive the strategic roadmap for digital transformation, focusing on Cloud, SD-WAN, and SASE. You will also manage the IT security landscape, protecting the company from cyber threats while maintaining strategic partnerships with major vendors like Cisco, Fortinet, and Palo Alto.
