Job Summary

As an IT Team Lead at GRIMME, a globally recognized family-owned manufacturer of agricultural technology, you will be responsible for the professional and disciplinary leadership of a seven-member IT support and operations team. Your daily activities will involve coordinating external interfaces, collaborating with other IT departments, and participating in strategic IT projects and rollouts. You will hold accountability for budget and resource planning, as well as the monitoring and reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs). A significant portion of the role focuses on process design and the maintenance of technical documentation.
