Job Summary

As the Project Manager for Digitalization, you will serve as a central driver of digital transformation for the District Office in Mosbach. Your primary responsibility involves leading internal digitalization projects from conception to implementation, with a specific focus on introducing modern E-file solutions and meeting the requirements of the Online Access Act (OZG). You will analyze and redesign administrative business processes to increase efficiency and service quality. Beyond technical implementation, you will act as a coordinator between internal departments and external service providers while managing the human element of change through workshops and training. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who enjoys strategic planning and operational execution within a public administration context. Required Skills

Education

Degree in Public Management (Dipl.-Verwaltungswirt/Bachelor of Arts), Public Administration Informatics (Dipl.-Verwaltungsinformatiker), or completed advanced administrative training (Verwaltungsfachwirt/Verwaltungsprüfung II).

Experience

  • Professional experience in a district office or municipal administration (3+ years preferred)
  • Experience in leading and controlling internal digitalization projects
  • Experience in process re-design and optimization of administrative workflows
  • Experience in conducting workshops and employee training for change management
  • Proven track record in stakeholder management and inter-departmental coordination
