As a Field Service System Administrator, you will be the primary on-site technical contact for schools and business clients in the Cologne-Bonn-Aachen region. Your daily responsibilities include ensuring smooth IT operations by installing, configuring, and optimizing IT infrastructures tailored to specific customer needs. You will independently analyze technical malfunctions, manage issues through a structured ticketing system, and perform regular maintenance to guarantee system stability.
