Job Summary

As an MSAT Specialist for Enzyme Analytics at Roche's Penzberg site, you will join the Manufacturing Science and Technology organization within the Design Transfer and Product Care team. Your daily responsibilities involve the independent planning and execution of enzyme analysis, with a significant portion of your time dedicated to active laboratory work. You will lead root cause analysis for product and method failures, contribute to troubleshooting, and drive optimization projects in close collaboration with quality control and production units. This role is highly dynamic, requiring you to present results in international matrix teams and ensure all activities comply with regulatory standards.
