Job Summary
As an IT Service Specialist at ITERACON, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital future by managing and optimizing high-quality IT infrastructures. Your day-to-day responsibilities include the administration of Microsoft 365 services across on-premises and cloud environments, as well as the installation and operation of modern server systems (IaaS/PaaS). You will ensure service quality by adhering to KPIs and SLAs while handling technical support across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd levels. Beyond technical maintenance, you will act as a consultant for users, optimize ITSM processes, and contribute to innovative sub-projects. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in a technical field (e.g., IT Specialist)
Experience
- Professional experience in IT service and infrastructure management
- Experience in administering Microsoft 365 services in cloud and on-premises environments
- Proven background in technical support and troubleshooting (1st to 3rd level)
- Experience in the installation and configuration of modern server systems
- Industry-specific knowledge within the IT services sector
