Job Summary

As a QHSE Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring safety, quality, and environmental excellence across six offshore wind farms in Germany. Working on a 14-days-on, 14-days-off offshore rotation aboard service operation vessels, you will be the primary advocate for a proactive safety culture. Your daily responsibilities include implementing management system processes, leading incident investigations through root cause analysis, and ensuring strict compliance with German HSE legal frameworks. You will also facilitate toolbox talks, conduct quality inspections, and coordinate emergency response drills alongside operational teams.
