Job Summary

This role involves overseeing the trouble-free operation of technical systems at the Federal Agency for Real Estate (BImA) in Wiesbaden. As a key member of the Technical Monitoring Center, you will be responsible for monitoring low and medium voltage power supply systems using Building Management Systems (BMS). Your day-to-day tasks include analyzing state and alarm messages, performing targeted troubleshooting, and carrying out minor maintenance on critical infrastructure such as emergency power generators, UPS systems, and large battery units. You will also supervise external contractors during repair and maintenance work. Required Skills

Education
