Job Summary

This role involves joining the Information Technology division of the Federal Real Estate Agency (BImA) in either Bonn or Potsdam. As an IT Operations Administrator focusing on Zoom, you will play a critical role in modernizing the agency's digital infrastructure. Your daily responsibilities will include managing user accounts and licenses, configuring security features like SSO and encryption, and overseeing the transition from legacy video conferencing and telephone systems to Zoom. You will also provide technical support, monitor system quality via dashboards, and manage external service providers. Required Skills

Education
