Job Summary
This role offers the opportunity to lead and coordinate site supervision teams within the Technical Building Services (TGA) sector across various German locations. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the technical and disciplinary leadership of team members, overseeing electrical or mechanical trades in accordance with HOAI Phase 8. Your daily activities will include ensuring compliance with quality, cost, and schedule targets, while acting as the primary interface between clients, planners, and contractors. You will play a critical role in project acceptance, defect tracking, and construction documentation. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Supply Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a comparable technical qualification.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in site supervision for electrical or supply engineering systems, preferably within Technical Building Services (TGA)
- Leadership experience in managing teams or complex projects
- Proven experience in coordinating interfaces between clients, planners, and executing companies
- Experience in monitoring quality, costs, and deadlines in a construction environment
