Job Summary

This position offers the opportunity to join the Forensic Science Institute of the Federal Criminal Police Office (BKA) in the specialized department for Fires and Room Explosions. As a Web Developer, you will play a crucial role in automating workflows and digitizing crime scene documentation to enhance national and international information processing. The role involves the entire software lifecycle, from planning and design to implementation, debugging, and deployment of complex data analysis systems. You will work in an agile environment, contributing to the development of tools used in high-stakes criminal investigations. Candidates can specialize in either Frontend (JavaScript/TypeScript/Frameworks) or Backend (Java/Kotlin/Spring Boot) development.
