Job Summary

This role involves managing and developing IT-based supplier and contract management systems for the Municipal Pension Fund of Westphalia-Lippe (kvw). On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for controlling and optimizing relationships with IT service providers, ensuring compliance with national and European regulations such as DORA and NIS-2, and acting as a Product Owner for contract and license management systems. You will model processes using BPMN 2.0, monitor SLAs and KPIs, and lead interdisciplinary workshops to improve automation and quality management. Required Skills

Education

University degree (Diploma/Bachelor) in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Economics, Administrative Sciences, or a related field; alternatively, a completed vocational training (e.g., IT Specialist or IT System Management) combined with extensive professional experience.

Experience

  • Many years of professional experience in IT supplier management, contract management, or related IT fields
  • Extensive experience with IT service processes and supplier management, preferably according to ITIL standards
  • Practical experience in process modeling and optimization using BPMN 2.0
  • Experience in project management, including agile methodologies
  • Proven experience in handling IT regulations and compliance requirements (e.g., DORA, NIS-2)
  • Experience with supplier or contract management software systems is desirable
