Join the HOCHBAHN team in Hamburg to ensure the seamless operation of critical building technology within administrative facilities. In this role, you will be the technical lead for fire alarm systems, employee identification, and access control hardware and software. Your daily responsibilities include coordinating maintenance, inspections, and system updates with both internal and external stakeholders. You will also take charge of system documentation, error analysis, and participate in on-call services. Beyond maintenance, you will manage projects for new constructions and renovations—overseeing everything from planning and tendering to warranty tracking. Required Skills
Education
Completed training as a Master Craftsman (Meister), State-Certified Technician, or a University Degree specializing in Information and Communication Technology, Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, Building Technology, or a comparable field.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in the operation, support, or management of technical systems.
- Specific experience with fire alarm systems, security technology, or building automation.
- Experience in project management or sub-project management for technical installations.
- Experience in coordinating external service providers and internal stakeholders.
