Job Summary

As a Wind Turbine Service Technician at Vestas, the global leader in wind energy, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of wind power plants in the Bad Urach region. Working in a dedicated two-person team, your daily responsibilities include performing maintenance, troubleshooting complex electrical and mechanical faults, and executing technical upgrades to optimize turbine performance. This role combines hands-on technical work with digital documentation and requires working at significant heights. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Mechatronics. Qualification as a Qualified Electrician (DIN VDE 0105-100) will be provided through internal training.

Experience

  • Experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of technical systems
  • Experience working at heights (height safety)
