Job Summary

As the Head of Continuous Improvement for Grid Technologies Switchgears, you will lead the global application of Lean principles across manufacturing sites to drive operational excellence. Your day-to-day involves deploying standardized manufacturing systems, identifying performance gaps, and leading major Lean initiatives such as Kaizen events and value stream mapping. You will act as a high-level coach for Lean leaders worldwide, focusing on improving On-Time Delivery (OTD), Factory Availability, and First Pass Yield (FPY). By fostering a collaborative Lean community, you ensure that breakthroughs and best practices are shared across the global network. This role is highly impactful, offering the opportunity to stabilize global operations, reduce waste, and increase productivity within a leading energy technology company.
