As a Second Level Support Specialist based in Cologne, you will serve as a vital link between the IT department and both internal staff and field sales representatives. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve managing incidents and service requests through a ticketing system, providing on-site and remote technical assistance, and overseeing network and telecommunications tasks. You will be responsible for installing hardware and software, including routers, and managing user-specific system administration through Identity Access Management. This role is ideal for a service-oriented professional who enjoys direct user interaction and problem-solving in a dynamic environment. Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • Proven experience in incident and service request management via ticketing systems
  • Experience in network support and telecommunications infrastructure
