The successful candidate will work on a cutting-edge project titled 'Defining Myeloid cell Ageing and its immunological impact on a single cell level.' Day-to-day responsibilities include mapping how inflammatory signals reroute progenitor-to-effector differentiation using single-cell and multi-omic profiling, integrated with trajectory inference and network modeling. You will utilize an integrated toolkit combining single-cell sequencing, high-dimensional flow cytometry, and transgenic mouse models to study myeloid biology. This position is highly attractive for those seeking to work in a lively international environment with interdisciplinary projects that push the boundaries of research in epigenetics, DNA repair, and cellular identity. The role provides a structured path to a doctoral degree while collaborating with an international community of exceptional scientists.
