Job Summary

This role involves the structured elicitation, analysis, and formal specification of system and software requirements for high-frequency (RF) systems. As a Requirements Engineer, you will be responsible for managing both functional and non-functional requirements, including performance, real-time capabilities, and reliability. You will lead stakeholder coordination through workshops and reviews, acting as a bridge between product management, hardware, and embedded software teams. A key part of the position is managing the toolchain using JAMA, JIRA, and Confluence, while ensuring full traceability and consistency through verification and validation activities. Required Skills

Education

University degree in a STEM discipline such as Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Systems Engineering, Physics, or Medical Technology. CPRE Foundation certification is required.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience as a responsible Requirements Engineer for complex cyber-physical systems
  • Proven track record in industries with high reliability and safety requirements (e.g., RF, Automotive, Avionics, or MedTech)
  • Demonstrated experience in applying CPRE best practices and methodologies
  • Experience in moderating cross-functional workshops and coordinating diverse stakeholders
  • Practical experience in deriving verification/validation criteria and managing impact analysis

Additional
