Job Summary

As an Electrical Engineering Administrator at Krones AG, you will play a pivotal role in the lifecycle service department for filling and packaging technology. Your daily responsibilities include preparing and clarifying technical quotes and orders for electrical spare parts based on customer inquiries and assembly reports. You will serve as a technical consultant for global Lifecycle Service Centers and provide critical support to field service technicians troubleshooting technical issues on-site. Additionally, you will manage component obsolescence processes by evaluating and coordinating technical alternatives. This role is ideal for a technically minded professional who enjoys bridging the gap between engineering and customer service. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in electrical engineering (e.g., Electronics Technician, Mechatronics Technician, Industrial Electrician); further qualification as a State-Certified Technician or Master Craftsperson (Techniker/Meister) is preferred.

Experience

  • Professional experience in electrical engineering, electronics, or mechatronics
  • Experience in technical quote preparation and order clarification
  • Experience in mechanical engineering or technical spare parts management is preferred
  • Experience with SAP and commercial processes is an advantage
