Job Summary
As a Treasury Systems Functional Analyst at Siemens Healthineers, you will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) bridging the gap between finance departments and IT. Your day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating the operational management of Treasury Management Systems (TMS), specifically focusing on 'Finavigate,' while managing change requests, incidents, and master data. You will translate complex business requirements into technical specifications, oversee end-to-end implementation, and manage system testing for updates. Beyond operations, you will drive the strategic evolution of the treasury landscape by evaluating emerging technologies, AI applications, and market trends. This role is highly attractive for its flexibility, offering up to 60% mobile work within Germany and options for short-term remote work from abroad. Required Skills
Education
University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Business Informatics, or a comparable field. Alternatively, extensive long-term professional experience and additional qualifications in the field are accepted.
Experience
- Long-term professional experience in supporting Treasury Management Systems or working within financial service departments.
- Proven track record of leading or holding responsible roles in IT projects.
- Extensive experience in treasury and finance processes combined with deep knowledge of digitalization and data-based analysis.
- Demonstrated experience in bridging communication between business stakeholders and technical IT teams.
- Experience in system testing, including test case definition and execution for system updates.

- Mobile work is possible up to 60% within Germany. Remote work from selected foreign countries is possible for up to 30 days per year. Position is available as full-time or part-time (minimum 30 hours/week).
