Job Summary
As an IT Support Specialist at Memotech GmbH, you will join a team of 95 professionals managing a vast infrastructure of 3,800 servers and 28,000 clients across Europe. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve acting as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries, handling customer requests and system malfunctions via a ticketing system, and providing both remote and telephone support. You will be responsible for the setup, maintenance, and support of diverse IT systems, ensuring smooth operations for clients while occasionally performing hardware repairs. This role requires a proactive professional with a strong hands-on mentality who can work independently and contribute to process improvements. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration (Fachinformatiker Systemintegration) or a comparable technical qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in IT support and system integration
- Experience in processing customer inquiries and technical malfunctions via ticketing systems
- Practical experience with Microsoft Server and Client operating systems
- Experience in providing remote and telephone-based technical support
- Experience in the maintenance and setup of diverse IT environments

- Valid Class B driver's license required. Flexibility to work outside of standard comfort zones to meet customer needs. Willingness to perform on-site hardware repairs and maintenance as needed.
