Job Summary

This role involves managing and coordinating IT service operations for the Verden/Osterholz Police Inspectorate. As an IT Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for the planning and distribution of workplace equipment, maintaining service portals, and managing user directories. You will play a critical role in change management by communicating with end-users regarding system updates, disruptions, and outages. Your daily tasks will include the administration of standalone systems, maintenance of specialized police equipment, and oversight of digital radio systems and video surveillance technology.
