Job Summary

This role involves leading the digital transformation strategy within the Frankfurt Jobcenter to modernize social security services. As a Digital Transformation Expert, you will be the primary point of contact for digitalization queries, responsible for designing and implementing concepts to transition traditional administrative workflows into efficient digital processes. Your day-to-day will include initiating and coordinating digital projects, conducting workshops, and providing reports to senior management. Additionally, you will manage and expand the organization's social media presence. Required Skills

Education

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or Administrative Science (with IT focus); or completed training as an IT Specialist (Fachinformatiker); or qualification as an Administrative Specialist (Verwaltungsfachwirt).

Experience

  • Experience in applying internet technologies, social media, and digital media
  • Experience with MediaWiki and basic web programming (HTML/CSS)
